Cops: Bank Worker Stole Client ID, Money
Yorktown police allege that an Ossining man raided a Wells Fargo account.

Jamile O. Dixon of Ossining faces felony charges of identity theft and grand larceny in Yorktown.
Yorktown police said they began an investigation Oct. 21 after a Wells Fargo bank representative reported a theft from a customer’s account.
Police allege that between July 31 and Aug. 31, Dixon stole $16,700 from a savings account using the account holder’s ID.

The 30-year-old went to police headquarters Oct. 29 where he was arrested, police said. He was released on $500 bail and is due back in town court Nov. 11.
