County Can't Move Yorktown Polling Districts: Ruling

Four polling districts would have been relocated from Town Hall.

YORKTOWN, NY — Four voting districts in Yorktown will not be relocated for Tuesday’s general election. The Appellate Division of the state Supreme Court ruled that Westchester’s Board of Election decision to change voting locations from Town Hall would cause irreparable harm.

The districts that were involved are 16, 17, 29 and 33, lohud.com said.

They will be voting at Town Hall, 363 Underhill Ave.
