CT Man Arrested In Yorktown For Drunk Driving: Police
There were also other charges including having no license and having an open container of alcohol in the car.

YORKTOWN, NY — A report of an erratically operated vehicle in Yorktown led to the arrest of a Connecticut man Sept. 18. Yorktown police said they located the alleged vehicle and made contact with the driver, who was identified as Ismael Vasquez-Garcia, 23, of Danbury, CT.
It was determined that Vasquez-Garcia was driving while drunk, had an open container of alcohol in his car, didn’t have a license and didn’t stay in his lane, police said.
He was arrested and taken to police headquarters where he was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more, misdemeanors, and fail to maintain lane, open alcohol container in vehicle and unlicensed operator, traffic infractions.

Vasquez-Garcia was processed and released on $150 bail to a responsible third party
He is scheduled to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court Sept. 28.
