Driver with Suspended License Stopped for Traffic Infractions
Yorktown police were on patrol on Route 202.
Edgar E. Lavado of Peekskill faces charges of aggravated unlicensed operation, no front plate and obstructed view.
Lavado, 23, was stopped by a Yorktown police officer on patrol at 11:19 p.m. March 7 on Route 202 for traffic issues.
He appeared in Yorktown town court and was released on $250 bail. He is due back April 7.
