DWI Checkpoint July 3 Leads to 2 Arrests
State police set up a sobriety checkpoint on Route 35 in Somers.
On July 3 , 2015, at 9:00PM, the New York State Police conducted a DWI sobriety checkpoint on ST-35 in the Town of Somers, Westchester County, which yielded the following arrests:
- Edmon A. Shahikian, 30, of Katonah—Misdemeanor DWI Arrest –refused chemical test -to appear in the Town of Somers Court July 13.
- Jeanelle Legeset, 39, of Mahopac—Felony DWI Arrest-had a BAC. of .15 percent -to appear in the Town of Somers Court July 13.
