The Hilltop Hanover Farm book club meets every second Thursday of the month for a book discussion on a food, farming, or the environment. September 9th will offer an upclose look at the making of American Cheese. In, "The Cheese Chronicles," Author Liz Thorpe details cheesemaking from the best producers and cheese farms, while revealing her notes and conversations from hundreds of tastings that span the country and the previous decade.
