Creating a seasonal, local Thanksgiving table doesn't have to mean running around to many markets for your ingredients. Save yourself some trips and get all the vegetables you need in one place, in one basket! Hilltop Hanover Farm grows your seasonal favorites using organic methods and has conveniently boxed up enough veggies and recipes for side dishes to serve four people. Vegetables may include: Brussels sprouts, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, celeriac, fennel, leeks, salad fixings (lettuce and mesclun mixes), braising greens (such as kale or collards), Herbs (such as parsley and sage), and more. Availability is limited, so reserve your box early! No substitutions will be made unless deemed necessary by our farmer due to weather or crop failure. Produce is grown at Hilltop Hanover Farm, and may be supplemented with additional organic vegetable from other local farms. Baskets are available on a first come, first paid basis.
