Exploring Issues: What Businesses Should Open at State Land in Yorktown?

Plans for business development on Route 202 in Yorktown are moving along. The developer of State Land Corporation  on a 100-acre land. 

Charles Monaco, the owner, is proposing to build a 140,000-square-foot big box store, as well as several (four or five, but the number remains flexible) separate stores, for a total of 60,000 additional square feet.
