Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates, who is the leasing agent for the property, declined to identify what other company he is negotiating a contarct with, but he said it would be a "name brand that people will recognize." Rumor has it IHOP, the national chain restaurant famous for its pancakes, would be moving in.
