Kevin C. Corcoran, 46, of Yorktown, faces a felony charge of aggregated driving while intoxicated, in connection witn an incident Oct. 24.
Police recieved a call about a possible drunk driver in a red Nissan on Downing Drive. On the way there, the responding officer saw a car matching that description headed west on Crompond Road, and stopped it.
After investigation at the scene, and noting the presence of a 5-year-old passenger, police accused Corcoran of driving while intoxicated.

He is due in Yorktown Justice Court Nov. 6.
