Hilltop Hanover Farm Raising Funds for School Visits

Help Children and Hilltop Hanover Farm on Giving Tuesday

Hilltop Hanover Farm of Yorktown Heights is participating in “Giving Tuesday” on Tuesday, November 29. The Farm’s goal is to raise $5,000 to allow underprivileged children to visit the farm with their schools.

Last year over 2,500 students visited Hilltop Hanover Farm. When possible the farm’s staff works with the schools regarding cost. However, Hilltop Hanover Farm cannot afford to subsidize all schools. That’s where “Giving Tuesday” comes into play!

The goal of “Giving Tuesday, NY Gives Back Day! “ is to create a Global Day of giving, which celebrates generosity and kindness. The day itself falls on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving – this year it’s Tuesday, November 29.
