Homes Sold this Week In and Around Yorktown

In the Yorktown scene of homes sold, it’s good to see that units are continuing to move in Trump Park. Many observers thought a year ago that it would be the white elephant of all times, but due to drastic reductions in price, many buyers are getting real bargains there now.

During the past week, two single-family homes found buyers in Yorktown, and reaching across to neighboring Somers, a single-family home and condo sold.
