Yorktown had just one condo sale this week, so we reached out to surrounding communities.
While last week was a bonanza in sales in Yorktown, only one condo sold this week in our town, so Patch has reached out for sales to the neighboring communities of Cortlandt and Putnam Valley so that Yorktowners can have a better comparative sense of their own properties’ worth.
