Houses Sold in Yorktown This Week

While the housing market is still slow in terms of units sold, Patch findings show that more buyers are calling realty offices and more listings are being taken. And, that is promising news.

Sold this week in Yorktown were three single-family homes, ranging in sales price from $190,000 to $412,500, and two condos, both in Jefferson Village, sold at $115,00 and $135,000.
