Houses Sold In Yorktown This Week

There were more brisk sales this week in Yorktown. Six properties - five single family homes and one condo - sold this week, compared with just one last week.

While sales had slowed to a snail's pace in the winter months, due no doubt to the weather as much as the economy, forecasters are saying that we'll have a revived spring and may even experience some growth in home values and sales by late fall.
