Selling prices, compared with list prices, have held relatively steady, with realtors believing we've reached the bottom in home values and that we may soon start to see home prices appreciating before the end of the year.

Note the list price versus the sales price of the homes and condos that sold and compare the features of your own home with those indicated for homes sold to have a good sense of where your own home’s value stands right now.
