Motorists are advised that brief ramp and lane closures are scheduled on Interstate 84 and the Taconic State Parkway, in East Fishkill between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 27, for construction activities, weather permitting.
Brief stoppages of traffic may occur on the I-84 Westbound Exit 16S ramp to the Taconic State Parkway southbound. A right lane closure is expected on the southbound side of the Taconic State Parkway between the exits for I-84 West and I-84 East.
Drivers may encounter flaggers and experience delays.

Motorists are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
