Ignoring Order of Protection, Snatching iPad

The incident took place in the Triangle Shopping Center

Nicholas S. DiMargo, 25, of Yorktown, is due in Yorktown town court March 24 to answer charges of petty larceny and criminal contempt in the second degree, both misdemeanors.

Police responded March 1 to a report of a domestic dispute at the Triangle Shopping Center. They said the suspect stole an iPad from a woman and violated a temporary Order of Protection issued by the Cortlandt town court.

Police said DiMargo turned himself in March 10 and was released on $500 bail.
