Katonah resident Angela M. Ginty, 43, was arrested Sunday in Somers on a misdemeanor charge of Driving While Intoxicated, according to state police.
She was arrested by troopers who were conducting a stationary DWI checkpoint on Route 35 in Somers. As a result of the checkpoint, Ginty was found to be intoxicated, state police said.
Ginty supplied a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .15 percent, and she was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Somers Court on June 29 at 5:30 p.m.
