St. Dominic’s L.I. - 14

Big Games by #3 David Keogh on offense and #53 Ed Longest on defense led the Gaels to

a convincing win Friday Night.


Game Recap:

It was a big night on both sides of the ball for Kennedy Catholic out in Oyster Bay Long Island last night as the Gaels led by Sr. Quarterback David Keogh improved to 2-3 overall in CHSAA play by defeating St. Dominic’s of L.I. 41-14. Keogh led the way on offense with five rushing TD’s on 8 carries for 125 yards along with a 7/15 173 yards in the air with 1 TD giving him a dominating six TD’s on the night.

Edward Longest led the way on defense with nine solo tackles as the Gaels defense held St. Dom’s to under 200 yards of total offense. Kennedy hits the road again next Saturday against Nazareth who the Gaels defeated on September 17th 38-14.
