Larceny Charge for Yorktown Man
He was arrested while in the Dutchess County Jail on an unrelated offense, police said.
Alexander R. Hoy, 26, faces a felony charge of grand larceny.
The Yorktown town court issued a warrant for his arrest in August, after police began investigating a domestic dispute and concluded that Hoy, a resident of Old Crompond Road, had stolen property valued at $1,050.
Yorktown police took him into custody Occt. 15 at the Dutchess County Jail, where he was being held on an unrelated charge. He was arraigned and remanded back to the Dutchess jail.
