Man Killed in New Year's Day Motorcycle Crash in Yorktown
The accident is still under investigation.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Putnam Valley man died as a result of a Sunday motorcycle accident in Yorktown.
Erik Godinho, 20, crashed on Route 132 shortly after 3 p.m. near Barberry Road, lohud.com said, and involved another vehicle.
According to his obituary on the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Godinho’s visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4 and Thursday, Jan. 5.

The funeral home is located at 414 Washington St. in Peekskill.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6 at St. Columbanus Church in Cortlandt Manor.
