The Pyramid Model conference series will provide the participant with the tools necessary to help prevent and manage challenging behavior encountered while guiding children to learn appropriate conflict resolution strategies and coping skills. This conference presents detailed steps from setting the environment all the way to implementing effective strategies for children who require intensive intervention. The Pyramid Model provides the framework for the implementation of practices needed to promote young children’s social and emotional competence and effectively address challenging behavior. It uses evidence-based practices to create a system that best supports social emotional competence in young children.
