My Brother Vinny: Former H4HUS Rescue Dogs Will Return to NY to Work with Veterans, Participate in Vinny Walk

H4HUS (Hearts for Heroes), a New York-based non-profit organization that helps military veterans re-acclimate to life at home through participation in therapeutic canine and equine programs, will host 10 former shelter rescue dogs in May for a return visit to work with military veterans at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Campus of the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System in Montrose, NY, May 16 through 21. The dogs and their owners will begin their visit by participating in the My Brother Vinny Walk in Yorktown Heights on Sunday, May 15.

WHO: 10 Dogs rescued from kill shelters and trained to work with military veterans with PTSD, and

their owners

WHAT: Returning to New York to work with military veterans and participate in charity walk

WHEN: Sunday, May 15 through Saturday, May 21, 2016

WHERE: My Brother Vinny, Yorktown Heights, NY; and Franklin Delano Roosevelt Campus of the VA Hudson Valley Health Care System, Montrose;

WHY: Participate in the My Brother Vinny Walk at FDR Park in Yorktown Heights on May 15; Work with military veterans in Montrose and Yorktown Heights, May 16 through 21
