Peekskill Man Arrested For Skipping Court Appearance: Police
Police said he voluntarily turned himself in at police headquarters.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Peekskill man was accused of not showing up in court and was arrested. Yorktown police said Cristian D. Rodriguez Pulido, 20, of Peekskill, was charged with bench warrant – fail to appear.
Police said, around 5 p.m. June 13, Pulido voluntarily surrendered to the Yorktown Police Department in reference to the bench warrant.
Authorities said he failed to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court June 6.

Pulido had been previously arrested for third-degree possession of a forged instrument.
He was processed on the charge and arraigned.

Bail was set at $1,000, which he posted.
Pulido is due back in court June 18.
