Peekskill Man Faces DWI, Traffic Charges in Yorktown

Miguel O. Fierro, 34, is due in Yorktown town court April 7 to answer charges of driving while intoxicated and without a license, as well as other traffic infractions.

At 6:32 a.m. March 6 a Yorktown police officer sent to the intersection of Route 202 and Springhurst Street found him sitting next to a car on the side of the road. He had driven the car into a snowbank, police said.

Taken to police headquarters, he failed a breath test. 

The resident of 1346 Howard Street in Peekskill was released on $300 bail.
