Police Accuse Yorktown Man of Stealing, Using Company Credit Card
The alleged crime occurred in Somers.
New York State Police arrested Jabbar E. Cherry, 24, Sept. 10 on the Class E felony charge of Grand Larceny 4th Degree.
The Charge stems from an incident at the Yorktown Heights resident’s place of employment involving the theft of a company credit card and unauthorized use of same at a local supermarket.
Cherry was processed and released on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Somers Court on Sept. 15.
