Police: Alcohol-buying Sting in Somers Nets 1 Arrest
An underage operative allegedly purchased alcohol at a Somers Mobil gas station.
A sting operation over the weekend led to the arrest of a Brewster man.
An article on the Daily Voice website said state police investigators ticketed Nicolas Lopez, 24, for allowing an underage person to buy alcohol Sunday.
The incident took place at the Mobil gas station at 291 Route 100 in Somers.
