Police Issued 62 Tickets During Distracted Driving Crackdown
State police ran a 6-hour detail in northern Westchester yesterday.

On April 22 the New York State Police conducted a six hour Distracted Driver/Traffic Safety Detail in northern Westchester County.
As a result of the detail, a total of 62 Traffic Tickets were issued, including 24 tickets for using a cell phone while driving, 11 speeding violations, 23 other traffic violations and 4 for not wearing a seat belt, police said.
