Police: Threatening Call Violated Protection Order
A 28-year-old Yorktown man faces a felony charge.
Joseph A. Falcone Jr., 28, a Yorktown resident, faces a charge of criminal contempt 1st degree, a felony.
Police said a Yorktown resident called police July 30 and said he had threatened to harm her during a phone call, in violation of an Order of Protection.
He came into police headquarters at 4:13 p.m. July 31. He was arraigned and released on $1,000 bail and is due back in Yorktown town court Aug. 28.
