The Pyramid Model conference series presents detailed steps from setting the environment all the way to implementing effective strategies for children who require intensive intervention. This conference, when taken in its entirety, will provide the participant with the tools necessary to help prevent and manage challenging behavior encountered while providing care to children. The Pyramid Model provides the framework for the implementation of practices needed to promote young children's social and emotional competence and effectively address challenging behavior. It uses evidence-based practices to create a system that best
supports social emotional competence in young children.
