Purple 5K for Relay

Spring is near & I be you're all itching to get outside & breathe some fresh air?

Make a pledge to get outside & start training to walk or run in a purple themed 5K! That means, walking or running for 3.1 miles & this is something you can do with your favorite people! Invite friends, family, co-workers or neighbors to spend the afternoon getting some exercise or trying to beat your personal record.

So here are the details so you can register today:

-The 5K event will be on Sunday, May 1

-It will begin at 1PM at FDR State Park, Field 4

-To register, you simply need to make a $20 donation to the below site. All proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society! www.main.acsevents.org/goto/5KforRelay
