Relay for Life is the largest global fundraising event where donations get donated to the American Cancer Society. Donations & fundraising efforts help researchers discover ground breaking & life saving advancements. However, our donations do more! By fundraising for Relay for Life, you're helping local cancer survivors & their caregivers receive free services to help with daily tasks.

You help programs like The Road to Recovery where patients can get access to free rides to & from treatment when family or friends can't help. Or when patients need to travel far for treatments- Hope Lodges across the country provide free stays for them and their caregivers. Your donations also help fund a 24/7 hotline where you can ask questions about a diagnosis, sign up for support groups, make arrangements to participate in numerous free programs & more simply by calling 1-800-227-2345.

Relay for Life of Yorktown is celebrating their 12th year in Yorktown thanks to such a great community! Our kickoff event is perfect for seasoned Relayers to get inspired to start fundraising. But it's great for people who are interested in joining us in the fight against cancer! Come by to learn more about how to sign up, fundraise & where your dollars go! The event is FREE to all & everybody is welcome (your kiddos too!).
