Gaming fraud rises to a felony when the value exceeds $1,000.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient has been accused of rigging some bingo games at the Yorktown Jewish Center. Neil Gross, 71, was charged Aug. 9 with felony first-degree gaming fraud after he allegedly influenced the outcome of multiple games.
