Route 134 Driver Had Forged License, Credit Cards: Police

YORKTOWN, NY — A police officer on routine patrol at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday watched a car fail to keep to the right side on Route 134. After he stopped the vehicle, he found something else.
The driver, a Brooklyn 22-year-old, had a skimmer device, a forged Pennsylvania driver's license and two forged credit cards, police allege.

- 3 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony
- unlawful possession of a skimmer device, a misdemeanor
- failure to keep to the right, a traffic infraction
- expired car inspection, a traffic infraction
He was arraigned Thursday and posted $5,000 bail. He is due back in Yorktown town court June 4.
