Sold This Week In and Around Yorktown

Home sales this week in Yorktown were slow. At the same time, selling prices, compared with list prices, have held relatively steady holding firm to the belief that we have reached the bottom in home values and may soon start to see home prices start appreciating once again before the end of the year
