Support the Alliance for Safe Kids during Give Local: May 3-4, 2016

Give Local Westchester & Putnam is a 24-hour online giving event designed to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofits in a single day. This community-wide event celebrates the spirit of giving and the collective effort it takes to strengthen our community by raising critical funds for local nonprofits.

Courage to Speak - Courageous Parenting 101: Thursday: May 5, May 12, May 19, & May 26 from 6:30-8:30pm at Alliance for Safe Kids: 2051 Baldwin Rd. Ste. 112, Yorktown Heights. Register now.

Parents will learn communication strategies; gain confidence to talk to their children about the dangers of drugs; understand how to set clear rules and boundaries related to use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs; and gain confidence in knowing how to deal with substance use among their children. (Participation is required on all four days.)

Middle School Teen Night Music and Sports Party: April 30, 2016, 7-9pm at Solaris Sports Club. All 6th, 7th & 8th graders are invited to attend. A special thank you to TD Bank for sponsoring our Teen Night program. Register now.

Time for Teens at Time to Kiln: May 13, 2016, 7-9pm at Time to Kiln. Teens ages 10-17 are invited to pick and paint pottery or make a chunk candle. 10% of the proceeds will be donated to ASK. Reserve your spot now by calling 914-737-5456.
