“Taste of Yorktown” Raffle Benefiting Alliance for Safe Kids

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase for $10 each, online at www.allianceforsafekids.org/raffle

The Alliance for Safe Kids (ASK) presents the First Annual Taste of Yorktown Raffle! Community members are invited to take a chance to win the ultimate dining experience in Yorktown while benefiting the mission of ASK – providing youth with the information and skills needed to make healthy decisions while emphasizing the need for families to protect and nurture their children by getting informed and staying involved.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase throughout the month of October online at www.allianceforsafekids.org/raffle and in person at the Yorktown Street Fair and Festival on October 9th. Tickets are $10.00 each – 500 tickets will be sold. There will be three chances to win:

Grand Prize: Augies Prime Cut: $50.00; A&S Pork Store: $50.00; Oscar’s Italian Restaurant: $50.00; Thyme Steak & Seafood: $50.00; and Yorktown Grille: $50.00.

Second Prize: Burger King: $50.00; Back Nine Indoor Golf: $50.00; Mohansic Grill & Lounge: $50.00; and Rita’s Ice of Yorktown: $25.00.

Third Prize: Burger King: $50.00; Murphy’s: $25.00; and Yorktown Pizza & Pasta: $25.00.

The mission of the Alliance for Safe Kids (ASK) is to promote awareness and prevention of substance use/ abuse and other destructive behaviors damaging to our youth. ASK is a collaboration within the community – parents, teens, educators, law enforcement, government, medical professionals, businesses, faith leaders, civic groups – aimed at providing youth with the information and skills needed to make healthy decisions while emphasizing the need for families to protect and nurture their children by getting informed and staying involved. By partnering with all areas of the community, we collectively strengthen the safety net that protects our youth.
