Join us for lots of upcoming fundraisers, parties, free events & MORE!
Happy Holiday Season fellow Relayers!
We love LOTS going on in December & January which means you should be ready to mark your calendars!
- -December 3- Holiday Electric Lights Parade in Yorktown!
- Come out in town to celebrate Yorktown! If you're interested in walking with the Relay float- please email us back!
- December 10- Shop & Play for Relay
- Join team Grange for Life in a holiday shopping & Bingo night!
- Event starts at 6:30 at the Grange property (99 Moseman Rd)'
- Childcare will be available on site- $10 per child & $5 per sibling
- December 12- Ugly Sweater Holiday Party
- Join team Love Struck as they celebrate the holidays with their annual Ugly Sweater Party!
- Come by Savannah's Southern House starting at 5:30
- $10 per adult, $5 per child & enjoy happy hour specials all night!
- Ugly sweaters are not required to join them, but there will be prizes given to some of the best sweaters!
- December 14-Relay Winter Wonderland & Gingerbread Houses
- We'll be hosting a FREE gingerbread house decorating event at the John C Hart Library
- Come by with your family to decorate houses, purchase luminaria (and decorate them on site), learn more about Relay & MORE!
- Gift Wrapping at the Jefferson Valley Mall
- We'll have teams wrapping your holiday gifts for a suggested donations
- Gifts do not have to be purchased at the mall to be wrapped!

- Join us for a free session at the John C Hart Library to help create a healthier lifestyle that works for you!
- We'll learn more about healthy eating, incorporating goals & exercising into your daily life
- Come by from 6-8 to learn more!
- January 27- Survivor & Caregiver Meet Up
- Are you a survivor or caregiver who is looking to meet more people who have gone through a similar journey?
- Join us at the John C Hart Library to meet up with others, participate in a HOPE Wall creation, enjoy light refreshments, learn more about free programs the American Cancer Society provides & More!
- Event will be from 6-8
- February 8- Kickoff Café
- February 8 starting at 6:30, Grace Lutheran Church
- All are welcome to join us at the Kickoff Café to enjoy music, snacks, company & learn more about Relay for Life!

If you are interested in joining us in any capacity, you're welcome to join us for our Committee & Team Captain meetings! Even if you're not a team captain & have questions or want to learn more - come! If you want to get even more involved with planning our Relay, come to our committee meetings! All are welcome!
