WATCH: Yorktown Man's Amazing Win on 'Wheel of Fortune'

He was so fast on the buzzer that Pat Sajak said, "Good god." His performance has gone viral.

Yorktown resident Robert Santoli is a 'Wheel of Fortune' winner, dominating Friday's game despite Pat Sajak's plea to let someone else play.

The 23-year-old solved one puzzle just by seeing one letter (and an ampersand). At one point, Santoli wanted to guess before all the letters appeared.

"Let it come up, then I guess you can tell us what's there," Sajak said.

At another point, Sajak blurted, "Good god."

Santoli apologized to his fellow contestants, who didn't stand a chance.

His game was so amazing it is drawing lots of media attention, including this report on CNN.

Santoli has been trying to become a contestant on the show for four years.

He created a study guide of possible puzzle solutions after he learned the nautical theme of the show, he told Yorktown News editor Brian Marschhauser.

His winnings? $76,000 in cash and prizes plus two - count 'em, two - cruises.
