What Homes Sold in Yorktown This Week

This week Yorktown saw the highest number of residential sales in a one-week period since the first of the year. Sold were four single family homes ranging from $299,000 to $601,000 and five condos ranging from $47,500 to $280,000.

And, buyers are calling in to the real estate offices at a higher number according to agents in the area. So, the spring of 2011 will probably be a brighter picture than that of 2010.
