Woman Steals From CVS Storage Container: PD
A police officer was on patrol checking on businesses on Commerce Street when he saw the woman.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Yonkers woman was accused of stealing boxes of merchandise from a CVS storage container. Yorktown police said Lindsey Calicchia, 21, of Yonkers, was charge with third-degree burglary, a felony.
Police said, around 1 a.m. Saturday, an officer was making a routine check of businesses on Commerce Street when he drove behind the CVS building.
He said he saw a woman — identified as Calicchia — standing between a Honda Civic and storage container with its door open.

The officer said the boxes in the container were the same as those in the car.
Calicchia got into the car, and the officer approached and began talking with her.

Police said the woman broke into the storage container and took several boxes of merchandise worth $747.27 and put them in her car without paying for them.
Calicchia was arrested and taken to police headquarters for processing.
She was arraigned in court and released on her own recognizance.
She is due back in court Nov. 12.
