A Poughkeepsie man who Yorktown police say drove on the sidewalk faces charges of driving while intoxicated and traffic infractions.Joseph P. Cinquegrana, 42, was in a single-vehicle auto accident at around 9:30 p.m. Dec. 23 on Saw Mill River Road. Police investigating the crash concluded that he was intoxicated and that, more than just not keeping his car in the correct lane, had in fact driven it on the sidewalk.He is scheduled to appear in Yorktown town court Jan. 5.
