The two men charged with the murder are from Peekskill and Shrub Oak.

YORKTOWN, NY — A second man has been arrested in connection with the July murder of a Bronx man in Peekskill. Sean Deleon of Shrub Oak is charged with Murder in the Second Degree, a class A felony.
The 23-year-old was remanded into custody Tuesday following his arraignment in Peekskill City Court. The case has been waived to the Westchester County Grand Jury, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced.
The felony complaint alleges that Deleon, along with 18-year-old Demetrius Bogan of Peekskill, shot and killed Khalil Lyons, 22. Around 2:30 p.m. July 13, Peekskill police responded to the area of 1245 Park St. for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lyons lying on the ground with what proved to be a single, fatal gunshot wound to the chest.
