Yorktown Man Arrested In Mall Parking Lot On Drug Charges: Police
Police observed the man who was allegedly in need of medical attention.

YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown man faces drug possession charges after police found him in need of medical assistance in the parking lot of the Jefferson Valley Mall.
A sergeant on routine patrol around 7:10 p.m. March 24 said James w. Sheehy, 47, was allegedly in possession of Lorazepam and 7.05 grams of marijuana.
He was placed under arrest and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing.

Sheehy was released on $200 bail and is due back in court April 25.
