YORKTOWN, NY — A Yorktown Heights man facing contempt and drug charges now faces additional charges because he didn’t show up in court.

Yorktown Police said Joseph A. Colaizzi, 31, of Rutledge Drive, didn’t appear July 12 in Yorktown Justice Court to answer charges from a prior arrest: second-degree criminal contempt and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors.
