Yorktown Police Arrest Cortlandt Man for Marijuana Possession
He was a passenger in a car with tinted windows.
A 21-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident was issued a citation by Yorktown police for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
He was a passenger in a car on Route 202, which was stopped at 2:20 a.m. April 14 for having possibly illegal tinted windows.
He is due in Yorktown town court May 14.
