Yorktown Police: Unlicensed Driver in Car with Suspended Registration
The Peekskill resident was stopped for failure to signal a turn, police said.
Yoni A. Duarte-Garcia, 22, is due in Yorktown town court Sept. 11 to answer charges of suspended registration, unlicensed driver and failure to use a turn signal.
He was stopped at 12:47 p.m. Aug. 12 on East Main Street. Police said a routine computer check turned up the facts that the Peekskill resident was unlicensed and the car’s registration had been suspended.
