Yorktown Town Board Moves Tonight's Meeting to Town Hall

The Town Board meeting scheduled for tonight, July 21, 2015 has been moved to Town Hall, 363 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.

There are three public hearings on the agenda:

• Request for a Wetlands Permit for the construction of a new home at 3211 Lakeshore Drive
• Request to amend the Special Use Permit for new signage at the Commerce Heights Foodsmart, Inc – (the Gulf Gasoline Station) located at 2001 Commerce Street
• Request for a Wetlands Permit – The Town of Yorktown is the applicant to be used in connection with the rehabilitation of Sparkle Lake Dam

The meeting will begin at 6PM.
