Yorktown Town Board Mulling Traffic Light At Problematic Intersection

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown town board is considering a traffic light at an intersection that has had 74 car crashes in five years.

Adding the traffic light at Stoney and East Main streets would require adding three laws to town code, tapinto.net said.

Almost 10,000 vehicles pass through the intersection daily.
